This outstanding peach recipe is brought to you by Peach Week and we think you are going to LOVE it. This is one of our favorite recipes we've created so far!
Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle salt on top.
1 flatbread
Tear open the burrata and break it into pieces, spreading them evenly spaced across the flatbread. You do not need to cover the entire flatbread. The cheese will melt and spread in the oven.
8 oz burrata
Place the peach slices and prosciutto on top of the cheese. Sprinkle basil over top.
1 peach, 2-3 slices prosciutto, fresh basil
Place in oven to cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil on the arugula and massage with your hands.
