Cheerwine Salsa Fiesta Dip is the perfect party appetizer, layered with everything you want to dip a tortilla chip in. It’s got the beans, taco-seasoned sour cream, guacamole, and, most importantly, Cheerwine salsa!

Cheerwine was born in Salisbury, NC, and local restaurants love to use Cheerwine in their dishes (we have that in common!). Last year, we tried Go Burrito’s famous salsa while in town and fell in love with it. It inspired us to include it in one of our favorite Mexican dips, and to no surprise, it works!

Start By Making Cheerwine Salsa
The Cheerwine salsa recipe was pulled from their website and is the one used at Go Burrito’s restaurant. It’s so simple to make–you toss all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and boom! You’re done. This salsa is so delicious!

Next, we highly recommend draining some of the liquid from the salsa using a sieve or mesh strainer. This step is unnecessary if you don’t have one, but your dip will have a runnier consistency.

Assemble The Dip
Next, you spread each dip layer on top of each other in a 9×13 dish.

Feel free to omit any ingredient that you don’t love! My mom likes black olives, and I don’t, so I leave them out when I make it on my own. It’s super easy to customize this dip to your liking!
Allow the dip to cool in the fridge for an hour, and serve with tortilla chips! This Cheerwine salsa fiesta dip didn’t last a day in our house. I have a feeling you’ll love it too!
