Biscuitville partners with NC Eat & Play for Kindness Week in February.Â
When Biscuitville asked us to partner with them to help spread kindness to local heroes for Random Acts of Kindness Week, we couldn’t say no.
Biscuitville is making kindness a key ingredient of 2021 and delivering some biscuit-love to deserving locals. Thanks to their generosity, we made a lot of deserving frontline workers smile and feel appreciated.
Here’s a recap of spreading kindness to local nurses and firefighters with a bounty of biscuits.Â
Quick Bites:
- 200 biscuits prepared, packed, picked up, and personally delivered. 100 delicious country ham biscuits and 100 steaming sausage and egg biscuits
- All COVID safety procedures were followed at pickups and drop-offs.Â
- Multiple nurses units served and one super-kind security guard at WakeMed Cary’s Women’s Pavillon.Â
- 1 hungry, surprised, and grateful Cary firehouse.
- 1 sweet toddler in tow.
I want to thank Shaquan and the hardworking team at the Cary Biscuitville for baking more than 200 fresh biscuits for me on a very busy morning, so I could gift them to frontline workers nearby. – Megan
Megan’s little one, Dean was so happy to help bring Cary Fire Station 3 a ton of delicious biscuit sandwiches.

While the stations are closed to visitors during the pandemic, Dale and Sammy wanted to remind you to visit and get a tour when it’s over. In the meantime, you can make kindness a key ingredient of 2021 by thanking your local firefighters with goodies while masked and from a safe distance.
Megan took great pleasure in visiting WakeMed Cary’s Women’s Pavilion.Â

She and her team delivered 100 delicious biscuits to the hard-working labor and delivery and postpartum units.
Megan knows firsthand, being pregnant during a pandemic isn’t easy. Mothers are blessed every day by the amazing and brave frontline workers that show up to help safely deliver and care for precious babies. It was an honor to bring a smile to their faces. We thank them on behalf of NC Eat & Play and Biscuitville.Â
Even if Random Acts of Kindness Week is over, we should follow Biscuitville’s lead. Make kindness a key ingredient in 2021. Let’s take the opportunity to thank frontline workers and all heroes in our communities. Keep the kindness spreading!
LAST BITE: Biscuitville is a North Carolina staple. Their food always makes Carolinians happy. They are a company that not only specializes in comforting, fluffy biscuits but also in giving back to the community. Megan’s favorite menu items are the spicy chicken and honey biscuit, the ultimate bacon biscuit, and the fresh-baked muffins. Biscuitville likes to rotate seasonal specials, so check them out at a location near you.Â
