Sunday Winter Hike – West Point on the Eno

Learn about the historic West Point Mill before embarking on a trek along the river and through hardwood forests of West Point on the Eno City Park. Learn about how mills used the power of the river to operate mills and what life was like along the river during these times.

This hike will take approximately two hours (sometimes less, sometimes more). Please feel free to bring water and snacks. Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are under your control and on a 6 foot leash.

COVID-19 guidelines: As this is an outdoor event, masks and vaccination status are not required to attend. Please practice social distancing to keep yourself and others outside of your group safe and healthy.
