On this guided hike, we will explore an iconic part of the town of Hillsborough – Riverwalk. We will enjoy a scenic walk along the river and stop at various cultural and historic sites to learn about changes through time along the Eno and in Hillsborough. The hike will be just under 4 miles out and back. The vast majority of this trail is on a flat, dirt and/or paved surface.
This hike will take approximately two hours (sometimes less, sometimes more). Please feel free to bring water and snacks. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are under your control and on a 6-foot leash.
