At the PCG Food & Beverage Symposium we come together to learn, share and grow as a community. This event is full of awesome regional culinary talent and passionate leaders in our agriculture community that are actively supporting our local foodshed through their purchasing, advocacy and/or production. We believe PCG is helping to serve in the creation of the path forward in our regional food system by addressing not only concerns of sustainability for the environment and food, but also sustainability of community. Together as chefs, farmers, artisan food and beverage producers, educators, food media and consumers we can uphold the flavors of the Piedmont, and build the future of food we want to live in.
You must select a General Admission Ticket ($125) OR Serve Safe Ticket ($175) in order to attend sessions. If you register for sessions and no ticket, you will not be admitted.
**** SERVE SAFE takes place during both morning sessions so you will register for the afternoon sessions by choosing one class from the options from PM 1 and one class from the options PM 2.
