Visualize your goals and explore gratitude and well-being with a night of group meditation and creating vision boards. This workshop offers an empowering goal setting session where participants will explore aspects of gratitude and wellness & learn the fundamentals of creating a vision board.
The first part of the workshop consists of guided meditation, reflection, and journaling designed to open up the mind. During meditation, the facilitator will ask group questions to prompt reflection on their inner dreams and goals. We discuss the importance of gratitude in achieving wellness goals and how visualizing these goals can enhance motivation, self care and other aspects.
The second half is dedicated to creating, where participants will transfer their goals into a graphic representation. Sharing is encouraged and participants will have the opportunity to share their vision board or thoughts.Â
