Refund Policy for NC Korean Festival
Thank you for supporting the NC Korean Festival! Your safety is our priority.
In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, we will issue full refunds to all ticket holders minus third party handling fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7 business days.
We will notify ticket holders promptly via email, our website, and social media in case of cancellation.
