Local 919 Craft Beer + Fine Wine will feature a 4-course beer dinner featuring Cary’s Bond Brothers Beer Company. This fun dinner will feature Bond Brothers head brewer Aaron Adams and co-owner Whit Baker. Tickets for this event are $65 per person.

Amuse Bouche – Housemade Chips with Sumac Yogurt Dip, paired with Bonus Content (Pale English Ale)

First Course – Grilled Radicchio with Dried Mango, Shaved Manchego Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds, paired with John and Whit Made this Beer to Win a Medal (Table Saison brewed with rye, Egyptian Chamomile and Grains of Paradise)

Second Course – Pork Belly Tostada with Poblano Crema and Radish-Cabbage Slaw, paired with Duality of Funk (Foeder-aged Brett IPA with Citra)

Third Course – Nashville Hot Chicken Slider and Fried Green Tomato, Pimento Cheese and Bacon Slider, paired with Local (West Coast IPA)

Fourth Course – Miniature Churro Bites, paired with Bottled in Bond Club Stout 2021 Q4 (Barrel-aged Stout with Cinnamon, Coffee, Orange Zest & Vanilla)
