Wye Hill’s patio was the perfect setting for the cover shoot of June’s issue of NC Eat & Play Magazine. Our team enjoyed getting to know some of the masterminds behind the establishment while soaking in stunning views.
We enjoyed a mouth-watering lunch full of shareable plates, sandwiches, cocktails, and mocktails. Wye Hill’s menu is an obvious testament to their devotion to their city by using locally sourced ingredients.
Our server, a true connoisseur, guided us to the Brussels sprouts, a dish that easily ranks among the best in the Triangle. We also indulged in the strawberry bruschetta and the timeless southern classic, pimento cheese, all of which were a testament to the culinary expertise at Wye Hill.
The B.L.A.T sandwich was a unique take on a classic with the welcome addition of pumpkin seed pesto aioli!
Of course, where Wye Hill truly shines is its brewing program that offers a variety of beers made in-house. Their talented mixologists are also experts at whipping up beautiful cocktails you’ll want to photograph before taking a sip!
Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing has been a Raleigh institution for five years, and we predict it will be around for a long, long time. This establishment is building a legacy in the City of Oaks!
