Blueberry’s Grill in Wilmington is one of the most charming restaurants we’ve discovered in North Carolina! Open seven days a week from 7 am to 3 pm, Blueberry’s specializes in breakfast and brunch with a refined (and often blueberry!) take on southern classics.

We love this restaurant, and it has gone viral on social media every time we’ve posted about it. People just can’t resist a cute patio and comfort food!

Blueberry’s Grill offers an enchanting atmosphere.
I fell in love with Blueberry’s as soon as I approached the building from the parking lot and laid eyes on their cute patio. With navy blue rattan dining chairs, brick fireplace, hanging plants, ceiling fans, and open-air siding, the outdoor dining space feels like a coastal garden terrace.

The beauty doesn’t stop there! The interior is cozy yet modern with upscale rustic touches and a large Wilmington mural depicting a blueberry farm.

Let’s talk about the best part: The food, of course!
Blueberry’s Grill believes that brunch shouldn’t just be another meal—it should be an experience. This philosophy shines through in the creativity and flavor of each dish.

They’re known for their blueberry hushpuppies served with honey butter and blueberry compote. These balls of southern deliciousness are NOT to be missed!

You’ll notice adding blueberry flavor to dishes is a theme here, and it’s such a delightful surprise.

My favorite menu item is the cinnamon roll French toast: a warm cinnamon roll dipped in French toast batter and grilled, drizzled with blueberry and vanilla cream cheese icing, and topped with fruit, whipped cream, and syrup. Yeah, it’s a mouthful—figuratively and literally. You’re gonna love it.

Don’t have a sweet tooth? They have plenty of savory breakfast and lunch favorites as well. Omelettes, sandwiches, and skillets, oh my!

Add this spot to your North Carolina foodie bucket list!
